Der Biergarten

This German beer garden, Der Biergarten, will quench your thirst with brews as you dine on German fare such as a wurstplatte, which includes bratwurst and knackwurst; reibekuchen mit apfelmus, which translates to potato pancakes and applesauce; or wiener schnitzel, which you know better as lightly breaded veal, lemon and parsley, served with potato salad.

Dos Bocas

The Dos Bocas chili con queso might be a good start to a meal following a morning of meetings. Chase that with chicken zydeco or shrimp creole and you’ll be good for an afternoon of meetings. For a little extra fuel, add a beignet.

If it is sports bars that soothe your soul, then Hudson Grille is for you. “You want it, we’ve got it: burgers, steaks, fresh seafood, wings, huge draft selection, our legendary $3 shorties, full bars, party rooms, UFC, boxing, way too many TVs and EVERY game,” so say the proprietors of Hudson Grille. It could be just what you need to rest your mind after all those meetings.

Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria

Before your pie (and there are plenty choices), you might try the Max’s Coal Oven Pizzeria’s skillet roasted shrimp or garlic flatbread. And you may need a salad to accompany your pie. When it comes to the pizza, choices include margherita, pepperoni, salumi and arugula, to name but a few. You may also build your own.

McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks

Seafood choices abound at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks. We’re talking fish tacos, oysters, beer-battered fish and chips, and on it goes. It’s a nice atmosphere, and you will not leave hungry.

Park Bar

At Park Bar, start with Savannah Spuds or Southwest egg rolls before moving on to a New York strip steak, Chattahoochee chicken or grilled mahi mahi. There are salads or you may build your own burger. The ice cream sandwich cake will have you feeling content and ready to get back to work.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House

Start with the Ruth’s Chris Steak House crab cakes or calamari then dive into steaks, lamb chops or pork chops complemented with shrimp or a lobster tail. Perhaps add blue cheese crust to your steak. There are fish entrees and even a vegetarian plate plus all kinds of potato dishes and veggie choices. Don’t leave without French press coffee.

Wyndham-Margaritaville Atlanta Centennial Park

No surprise, appetizers at Wyndham-Margaritaville Atlanta Centennial Park include a Key West chicken quesadilla. Chicken also is included in two of the salad choices — Southwest chicken salad and chicken Caesar. Among entrees are fish and chips, fish tacos and crab cakes. Meat lovers might choose the New York strip steak or the ribs. Of course, it IS Margaritaville, so the menu offers Burgers in Paradise. For dessert — what else — key lime pie.
