Though the Westside is a popular spot for trendy restaurants, finding a brunch spot is a bit trickier. Here are the best spots for brunch on Atlanta's Westside. 

  1. Silver Skillet – Want to visit a landmark for brunch in Atlanta? Head on over to the Silver Skillet. This iconic restaurant has hosted many celebrities and been featured on the Food Network. The menu is simple and contains not one bit of trendy cuisine. The namesake is the key here. They offer four skillets and each has its own merits. But for a true representation of the South get the Southern Skillet. Besides eggs, grits, gravy and biscuits, this one comes with two pork chops.

  2. Pijiu Belly – "Pijiu" means “beer” in Mandarin. The name is fitting as the restaurant has a wide variety of craft brews. However, lesser known is the brunch menu. One of the most popular dishes is chicken and waffles, served with the restaurant's signature rotisserie chicken. They have brunch cocktails or you can stick with the namesake and choose from one of the many craft beers on tap. There's a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant as well. Bring your pup as the patio is dog friendly.

  3. West Egg – Located in the Westside Provisions District, West Egg offers easy parking adjacent to the restaurant. Though the waits are long for brunch on the weekends, patrons don't seem to mind. You don't have to arrive early as brunch is served until 5 on both Saturdays and Sundays. Chicken chilaquiles and salmon cakes Benedict are popular items But you may want to try the shrimp and grits. This dish won best at the Jekyll Island Shrimp and Grits festival.
