Excited about the soon to open Ponce City Market? Want to get a sneak peek? There are three upcoming preview dinners for the opening of Ponce City Market’s Central Food Hall. Atlantans will get an exclusive first taste of these new Old Fourth Ward restaurants. Guest chefs will take over 4th & Swift’s kitchen from 7 to 9 p.m. on three dates in May to prepare a sampling of dishes highlighting each concept’s signature cuisine while Swift and his team provide hors d’oeuvres and craft cocktails. 

  1. An Exclusive Taste of Minero with Sean Brock
    Neighborhood Dining Group will soon introduce Atlantans to Minero, its Charleston, S.C.-based casual Mexican concept featuring a menu packed with fresh Mexican spices, chili peppers, homemade salsas, fresh tortillas and beans. On May 12, James Beard Award-winning executive chef and partner, Sean Brock will turn 4th & Swift’s kitchen into a Mexican cocina.

  2. A Night of Indian Street Food with Meherwan Irani 
    Meherwan Irani, James Beard Award-nominated chef and founder of Chai Pani in Decatur will open an eagerly anticipated new Indian street food concept later this season at Ponce City Market. Guests at Irani’s May 19 preview dinner can expect a meal inspired by the forthcoming restaurant.

  3. Hop’s Chicken and Champagne on the Patio with Linton Hopkins
    On  May 26, James Beard Award-winning chef Linton Hopkins will take over the 4th & Swift patio, giving a sneak peak of his newly announced Hop’s Chicken. The menu at Hop’s will feature Springer Mountain chicken fried to order, from-scratch biscuits and a selection of sides including coleslaw, macaroni and cheese, and seasonal salads. Guests will enjoy a taste of what’s to come while overlooking the property from across the street.
