In recent years Atlanta creatives have come together to re-create and revitalize the city through several art initiatives. The hashtag #DiscoverATL and photography initiative WeLoveATL give residents the opportunity to participate in sharing all that is beautiful and great about Atlanta, through photos. We’ve shared the best street art to see in Atlanta and 7 Atlanta Instagram spots to visit. The awesome thing about street art initiatives like Living Walls ATL and the Outerspace Project is that they are continually introducing new artists and wall murals. Here are four cool new walls you will want to snap, tweet and share on Instagram.
Snap a selfie in front of this bright, pop-inspired new mural by Yoyo Ferro. It’s one of the new 2017 installations by the Outerspace Project located in the Summerhill neighborhood, near old Turner Field. This neighborhood is an Atlanta blogger favorite, as it’s home to several fun murals, including another colorful new mural by Dr. Dax.
Detroit artist, Ouizi, recently painted this bold, floral mural on the backside of Paris on Ponce, along the Atlanta BeltLine. Whether you're shopping for unique gifts inside or walking along the BeltLine, you'll want to share this beauty on social media.
Here’s a fun new wall along the Atlanta BeltLine by artist Big Teeef. It’s located near Paris on Ponce on the Eastside Trail. Bring Fido and pause here to pose with your pooch.
Artist and founder of the Outerspace Project, Greg Mike, has been popping up all over Atlanta in recent years. You will definitely recognize his signature quirky and high-energy illustrations. His most recent Atlanta mural is located right along Interstate 75/85, at the end of Fourth Street.
