Take the stress out of your holidays by starting early. November in Atlanta brings several outside-the-mall shopping opportunities. Not only that, a few favorite venues around town begin celebrating early, too.

Shop But Don't Drop

  • Atlanta International Night Market, Nov. 3 – 5. Shop wares from more than 70 countries in a colorful outdoor market. You'll travel around the world, hearing the sounds and savoring the tastes of an array of nations without ever leaving Atlanta.

  • Atlanta Contemporary Jewelry Show, Nov. 3 – 5. This curated show and sale features the works of 30 artists who will bring their handcrafted jewelry to the Carter Center straight from their studios. If it's a one-of-a-kind piece of bling you want, this is your go-to place.

  • Shoppe Artisan, Nov. 10 – 12. Here’s where to find oodles of handmade, unique gifts.

  • Shoppe Boutique, Nov. 10 – 12. More than 100 specialty stores and boutiques will put their best merchandise forward for this popular shopping extravaganza.

  • Indie Craft Experience Holiday Shopping Spectacular, Nov. 18 and 19. Find unusual gifts (and impress everyone on your list) by shopping 170 craft and vintage vendors.

  • Christmas at Callanwolde, Nov. 24 – Dec. 12. Get into the holiday spirit by visiting this historic mansion while it’s decorated for the season.

  • Callanwolde Holiday Gala, Nov. 30. Dress up in your holiday finery when you attend this affair that benefits the Candler Estate.

  • "Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley," Nov. 30 – Dec. 24. Jane Austin fans rejoice as you return to 1815 England and meet your friends from “Pride and Prejudice.”
