Single but looking for something fun to do on Valentine’s Day? Grab your girlfriends and enjoy yourself with activities like these:

  1. Try speed dating: They say success in love is a numbers game, so if you think you can find love in six minutes, give speed dating a try. Even if you don't find love, you can gab with your friends about the different guys you meet. Try the Atlanta Singles Speed Dating group on Meetup.com to get started.

  2. Admire swirls of paint: Get dressed up and check out one of Atlanta’s amazing art galleries, like the High Museum, Besharat Gallery, or Mason Murer Fine Art.

  3. Girl's Night Stay-cation: Plan a night in while out on the town at one of Atlanta's fabulous hotels and don’t skimp on the good stuff, like spa sessions, mani-pedis, pools and massages. Melt away stress while bonding with your friends ― and look your best for when you do meet that special someone.

  4. Channel your inner Michelle Kwan: Show Atlanta that no one can hit a double-axel quite like you. Lace up some skates and glide gracefully across the ice at the St. Regis or Atlantic Station.

  5. Sing it out: Grab the mic and hit all the right notes while karaoke-ing to classics like Cyndi Lauper’s “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” or Beyonce’s “Single Ladies.” Check out Happy Karaoke or Sister Louisa’s Church of the Living Room and Ping Pong Emporium.

  6. No bae, no problem: Check out one of the many singles Valentine’s events, like Creative Loafing's Lust List party, the Glenwood No Bae Mixer and or even For The Love of Elephants, which is a fundraiser dance party for singles and couples to have a great time and make a lifesaving difference for endangered elephants in Kenya. If you're feeling brave, pound the pavement in your skivvies for the Cupid's Undie Run. It would be a great way to see guys and gals running in their underwear for a good cause.
