Looking to stay fit while enjoying the Atlanta BeltLine this summer? Look no further than these five ideas.

  1. Take a bike tour. Hop on two wheels and see firsthand what the BeltLine is and to where it is expanding. Bike rentals available.

  2. Join the fun. There are dozens of free activities and events hosted in different areas of the BeltLine each month. If you enjoy aerobics, boot camps, self-defense classes, hikes and more, be sure to check out the BeltLine’s calendar of events, designed for all ages and fitness levels.

  3. Do a “K.” The Run.Walk.GO! series offers periodic 5Ks, 8Ks and 10Ks, which will take you to different parts of the BeltLine and are the perfect chance to get more familiar with new trail segments.

  4. Salute the sun. The popular Atlanta-based frozen treat brand King of Pops offers a sunset opportunity to enjoy yoga outside one evening a week in the field beside Historic Fourth Ward Skate Park.

  5. Explore studios. Check out fitness classes in nearby places like Exhale Inman Park, Pure Barre, Urban Body Studios, Sacred Thread Yoga, Intown Tumbling and Yoga for Kids, The Training Room, Stillwater Yoga Studio and more.
