Centennial Olympic Park, downtown's 21-acre, outdoor event space and '96 Summer Olympic Games legacy, has undergone a $27 million re-envisioning. Along with some awesome upgrades (peep below), the park also has free built-in entertainment, provides natural seating for 20,000 attendees and is steps from famous Atlanta attractions. It's the ideal spot for large groups and the perfect starting point for downtown exploration.

Music & Entertainment

It's easy for attendees to plan some bleisure or extended stay time around the park's community events (and free events), festivals, concert series, fundraisers and more. Top happenings at the park include holiday celebrations and signature music events like Shaky Knees Music Festival, ONE Musicfest, Sweetwater 420 Fest and much more.

Improvements and expansions to Centennial Olympic Park park were announced in 2017 and many of them are ready for your group to enjoy!

The Fountain of Rings Plaza is the largest interactive fountain that incorporates the Olympic Rings symbol in the world. Groups can experience the Fountain of Rings show four times a day, 365 days a year, for a synchronized water and music program complete with sound and lighting effects.
The West Lawn Promenade features the addition of an entirely new acre of green space. In the spirit of the 1996 Olympic Games, some other features such as an interactive medal podium plaza have also been added.

Don't forget one of Atlanta's top selfie spots at the Spectacular Monument.

Attendees are able to enjoy the park at their own pace on a self-guided, audio walking tour. They'll learn about the Olympic heritage and history, architecture and fun facts all while listening to entertaining music.
