Rich Aronovitch started working the comedy Circuit in New Orleans, in 1995, at the age of nineteen under the alias Smooth Daddy Johnson – a character he would eventually bring to the New Orleans Comedy Festival later that year. From there he took his comedy, and act to Emory University, obtaining a B.A. in Theatre Studies and built the foundation for his work as a comedic actor.
