Atlanta History Center
The Atlanta History Center holds the distinction of being one of the largest history museums in the U.S. Signature exhibitions at the Atlanta History Center focus on Southern history and on Atlanta's history.
"Turning Point" explores the American Civil War. With cannons, flags, uniforms, videos and other items of interest, the exhibit is among the nation's largest Civil War displays. "Metropolitan Frontiers" examines the history of Atlanta through the centuries. The 1928 Swan House and 1840s Tullie Smith Farm are also part of the Atlanta History Center and tours are available.
The Atlanta History Center is located in the Buckhead district of Atlanta.
