Atlanta’s first skate park opened in 2011 in Old Fourth Ward with an appearance by legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk. Located alongside the Atlanta BeltLine corridor in the shadow of Freedom Parkway, the park offers world-class skateboard amenities as well as a playground and multiuse athletic field. It has quickly become a hot gathering spot for skaters, athletes and families alike.
