To accommodate Atlanta’s visitors, please consider:

  • Staying open late on Saturday, March 31 for those attending the games who will be looking for dinner or a late night evening
  • Although there aren’t any games on Sunday, April 1, Coca-Cola is producing Cokefest in Centennial Olympic Park. This is a day of concerts and other fun activities that will wind down around 9:00pm. More than 30,000 people are expected to attend Cokefest. For Atlanta’s guests who will be exploring the city on Sunday and/or attending Cokefest, please consider opening your restaurant on Sunday, April 1 (if you are usually closed) and consider staying open a bit later.
  • On Monday, April 2, please be staffed up to serve the fans that will be heading to the Dome for the Championship game (see schedule above). Additionally, to those restaurants within walking distance of the Georgia Dome, please consider staying open for fans who are looking to celebrate (or mourn) their team’s outcome.

As you know, we love having company in the south! To plan the best experience for our Final Four fans, here are some suggestions:

  • To show Atlanta’s team spirit, please visit the Atlanta. A Legacy of Champions merchandise page to order apparel, buttons and posters for your employees and to decorate your restaurant.
  • Let’s Light Up Atlanta for the fans! From lighting entire buildings to turning on street lights and fountains, adding lights to trees and shrubs for 24 hours per day during the March 30 – April 2 Final Four weekend, Atlanta will shine brightly for our visitors and create a tremendously festive, inviting atmosphere.
  • Let’s tidy up for company. Making sure your property is cleaned up all around will go a long way in providing a welcoming and safe environment for our guests.
