Atlanta Featherfest 2010
Every January, nearly 20,000 attendees from around the world take flight to Atlanta and land at the Georgia World Congress Center, the meeting nest for the International Poultry Expo/International Feed Expo. This year, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau and the U.S. Poultry and Egg Association have put their eggs into one basket to hatch Featherfest, a week-long event that twines nearly 40 Atlanta restaurants into a culinary competition to create the best appetizers, entrees and desserts that are based on poultry meat or eggs. IPE convention attendees and Atlanta foodies are encouraged to peck a few of the restaurants listed below and cast their votes here on Atlanta.net. Voting will be available Jan. 22 through Midnight on Jan. 28.
