Parking
Central Atlanta Progress has recently launched a web-based interactive Downtown Parking Map that provides information on 198 off-street, Downtown public parking facilities that in total contain over 65,000 parking spaces.  The map identifies key Downtown attractions and their location relative to public parking options.  Characteristics for each parking facility are displayed, which include the facility address, whether the facility is attended, the maximum daily rate, the facility entrance and exit locations, the total number of parking spaces at each facility, and other details.  A picture is also provided.  In addition to automobile parking, the website also identifies blocks with bicycle racks.  Visit http://www.atlantadowntown.com/parking/index.html for more information.

The Blue and Yellow lots around the Georgia Dome are the recommended public parking lots, with an approximate charge of $8 per car. Rates for privately operated parking lots, not controlled by the Georgia Dome or the ALOC, around the city will range from $15 to $40 or higher.
On Friday, March 30, ONLY, beginning at 10:30 a.m., parking in the Blue, Red and Yellow lots will be free for Final Four - Team PracticeTM - scheduled for 12 - 4 p.m. No ticket is needed.
