Pine Street Market will show you all of the in’s and out’s of butchering in this experience. Every Tuesday, there is one slot available for a customer to partake in this unique event!

Come assist Pine Street Market’s most skilled butchers in breaking down pigs and cuts of beef, all from local Riverview Farms. Learn everything from how to separate pork shoulders, cut chops, spare ribs, pork loin and even more! Take the lead in cutting “case-ready” steaks like flat irons, rib eyes and NY strips.
