About the International Career Development Conference
The International Career Development Conference (ICDC) is the highlight of the DECA year for the approximately 15,000 members, advisors, businesspersons and alumni. Most of the participants are at ICDC as competitors in one of DECA's competency–based competitive events. Top competitors in each event category are recognized for their outstanding achievements. Downtown Happenings
Within steps of the Georgia World Congress Center, are the city’s best entertainment, dining, and shopping venues. The convention corridor is located in the center of everything and is the ideal place to catch a conference break.

Sports

Great downtown eats can be found at Ray’s in the City, the Sun Dial Restaurant and Thrive. Ray’s in the City is located in the center of downtown and features fresh seafood. The Sun Dial Restaurant is a tri-level upscale restaurant featuring panoramic city views and amazing meals. Located just seconds away from the convention center is Thrive. The new restaurant offers delicious food combined with a luxury setting. Famous faces and big bison burgers can be found at Ted’s Montana Grill. The restaurant is
