Lindbergh (Buckhead)
Lindbergh is known as one of Buckhead's newest retail and residential districts. Its status as a thriving Atlanta neighborhood seems assured, as it is home to the Lindbergh Center Station on Piedmont Road: one of the most popular stations operated by MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority). MARTA is also a key player in Lindbergh City Center, a mixed-used development born of a public-private partnership.
Popular Atlanta's Lindbergh shopping destinations include such major retailers as Target, Best Buy and Home Depot. Lindbergh restaurants also feature well-known names, among them Longhorn Steakhouse and Chili's.
Lindbergh (Buckhead)'s Uptown Square apartments are just blocks away from the Miami Circle Design District, located north of the Piedmont Road/Sidney Marcus Boulevard intersection. With more than 80 shops, the Miami Circle cul-de-sac is a popular place for interior designers and homeowners alike to go shopping for home furnishings, antiques and artwork. A Miami Circle restaurant and tapas bar, Eclipse di Luna, features Spanish-flavored cuisine and live music.
