All kids deserve to plead their case before Santa Claus, and luckily Atlanta’s hotels and restaurants offer plenty of opportunities to meet up with the Big Guy, get a picture and assure him that they’ve really been nice. Many of these photo ops require either a reservation or have limited booking availability, so call ahead so there won’t be any disappointments. Also, check venues for pricing information.

Here are some jolly places for pictures with Santa Claus.

  • Buckhead Diner
    Santa arrives at 9 a.m. on a fire truck from Station 21 and enjoys breakfast with children and parents. Also on tap: table-side visits from Santa’s elves, Rudolf and face painting. Ballerinas from the Atlanta Ballet perform dances from "The Nutcracker," and children receive a goodie bag. Dec. 10 and 11 at 8:30 a.m.

  • Davio’s 
    Children and Fido can mix and mingle with Mr. Claus himself. Get a photo with the man in red all while enjoying light bites and holiday cocktails on the Davio’s patio. All proceeds will benefit PAWS Atlanta. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (404) 844-4810. Nov. 27, noon to 2 p.m.

  • Doc Chey’s Noodle House Breakfast with Santa  
    Santa arrives on a fire truck, and there will be a pancake breakfast and photo op. All ticket proceeds benefit Grant Park Fire Station No. 10. Dec. 10.

  • Lenox Square
    Find Santa on Macy's Court. Make an appointment at Simon.NoerrSanta.com. Nov. 4-Dec. 24. 

  • Mall of Georgia
    Stop by the Von Maur Court for a photo with Santa. Simon Kidgits members receive a special discount. Through Dec. 24. Also, guests are invited to bring their four-legged friends to visit with Santa and have a paw-trait taken from 8 to 10 p.m. Nov. 27 and Dec. 11.

  • Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails
    Santa portraits are available with brunch purchase. Dec. 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m; Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • North Georgia Premium Outlets  
    Take the kids for photos with Santa Nov. 18 - Dec. 24. Pet night for photos with Santa runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 11.

  • Osteria 832 in Virginia-Highland
    Enjoy breakfast and a photo op with Santa with 100 percent of ticket sales going to Fire Station 19. Tickets are limited. Dec. 3.

  • Ponce City Market
    Santa Claus is coming to the roof at Ponce City Market. Stop by Skyline Park this December for boardwalk games, putt-putt and selfies with Santa, complete with Atlanta’s stunning skyline in the background. Santa will be available for photos every Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and every Sunday from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. through Dec. 18.

  • Southern Art Children’s Holiday Party 
    Inside the InterContinental Hotel lobby, Southern Art will welcome the jolly man himself, along with his (real) reindeer, for the Sixth Annual Children’s Holiday Party. Meet Santa, decorate gingerbread cookies and indulge in hot chocolate. Pre-registration required. The event is free for those who brunch at Southern Art. Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • St. Regis Atlanta
    The St. Regis Atlanta Hotel has a variety of activities including Afternoon Tea with Santa. Tea with Santa gives little ones the opportunity to enjoy a magical tea ritual complete with a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Nov. 25-27; Dec.  2-4; Dec.  9-11; and Dec. 14-24 with the first seating from 2 to 4 p.m. and second seating from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

  • Sugarloaf Mills
    Find Santa at the Food Court, Nov. 18 - Dec. 24.

  • Town Center at Cobb
    Santa is waiting at the Food Court, through Dec. 24. And he will be available for pet photos on Nov. 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Dec.11 from 8 to 10 p.m.

  • Vinings Jubilee 
    Enjoy the holidays at the Vinings Jubilee where Santa will make an appearance as will the Vinings ExpressTrain,. Also expect dance performances from Studio Atlanta Dance, the Christmas tree lighting and food from area restaurants.  Dec. 1 from 6 to 8 p.m.

  • Wahoo! Grill 
    This annual Brunch with Santa lets children meet and have their picture taken as well as dine at the restaurant. Bring your own camera; there is no photographer. Dec. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

  • Westside Provisions District’s Annual Tinsel & Twine 
    Westside Provisions District will transform into a winter wonderland. Santa will be available for complimentary pictures. Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
