The weekend is here, Atlanta. Here are our picks for things to do this weekend.

Carol’s Picks
Carol is the ATL Insider’s culture vulture. If there is a new exhibit in town or a new show on the stage, Carol is the first to know about it.

  • Netherworld Haunted Housethrough Nov. 5
Aieee! It's back -- the very scary and wildly popular Netherworld, this year with two new haunts, Primal Scream and Mr. Grendel's 3D Funhouse of Horrors. Be afraid, be very afraid.

  • Alliance Theatre's "Crossing Delancey," through Nov. 18
I don't know about you, but I love the Pickle Man. If you don't know what I'm talking about, "Crossing Delancey" is a romantic comedy, and, well, the Pickle Man is a good guy. I won't say anymore.

Joleen's Picks
Joleen is a work-at-home mom to a 3-year-old son. She and her family live in the 'burbs but enjoy regularly traveling into the city for family-friendly fun and adventure.

  • Toddler Takeover, Friday and Saturday
Attention parents of toddlers. It's that time again -- the annual Toddler Takeover hits Woodruff Art Center this weekend. This arts festival is geared especially toward tots up to age 5 and is one of my family's favorites. It's a great opportunity to introduce little ones to the symphony, theater and art.

  • Great Outdoor Adventure, Saturday
Spend the day exploring the Great Outdoors at The Rock Ranch. Meet members of the animal kingdom, from reptiles to birds of prey, up close and personal. Participate in archery, canoe racing and more than 35 other activities and experiences during this amazing, adventure-filled day.

  • Spooky Walk-n-Wag at Six Flags Over Georgia, Saturday
Dress up in your favorite costume and find a frightful or delightful outfit for Fido. Head on out to Six Flags over Georgia for the Spooky Walk-n-Wag Pet parade. The approximately 1-mile walk will wend through the park, with water stops and photo ops. Finish up at the Dare Devil Dive stage for a “Top Dog” costume contest. Registration is at 10:45 a.m.; walk starts at 11:30 a.m.

Tommy's Picks
Tommy is a young professional keeping an eye out for the city's liveliest happenings.

  • 47th Annual Atlanta Pride Festival, all weekend
Atlanta Pride Festival brings 300,000 to Piedmont Park and the parade down Peachtree Street to celebrate the progress of LGBT Atlantans. Don't miss it.

  • Elevate Public Art Festivalbeginning Saturday
Artists from all over come to Atlanta for a week of public art, music and dance performances, and a block party.
