What's your weekend in Atlanta look like? Here's a peek at our picks.

Carol’s Picks
Carol is the ATL Insider’s culture vulture. If there is a new exhibit in town or a new show on the stage, Carol is the first to know about it.

  • Merry Go Zoo, through Nov. 26
If you frequent the High Museum of Art, then you are familiar with recent outdoor – and interactive – installations on Sifly Piazza, just outside the front door. Well, Merry Go Zoo is the newest one. Take a spin then duck inside to see the Andy Warhol exhibit or the Ashley Bryan exhibition.

  • Countdown to Zero: Defeating Disease, through Dec. 16
When the summer heat is too much, the time is perfect for visiting an Atlanta museum. This exhibit at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library & Museum will make you feel better because it is all about eradicating diseases in the world. Of course, it's always nice to tour a presidential library, and Atlanta is so lucky to have this one.

Joleen's Picks
Joleen is a work-at-home mom to a 3-year-old son. She and her family live in the 'burbs but enjoy regularly traveling into the city for family-friendly fun and adventure.

  • Robots Day, Saturday
Get up close with real robots to investigate artificial intelligence and enjoy crafts, activities and demonstrations with local robotics groups. Robots Day is included with Fernbank Museum admission. Members free.

  • Cinderella Della Circus, through July 23
Enjoy the high flying thrills of circus and puppetry combined in Cinderella Della Circus. It is a fun, fairy-tale adventure for kids ages 4 and up.

Tommy's Picks
Tommy is a young professional keeping an eye out for the city's liveliest happenings.
