February, enjoy an early spring at Southeastern
Flower Show, held at the Georgia
World Congress Center . In March, Atlanta
celebrates Irish heritage with the St. Patrick's
Day Parade and Festival and also celebrates
the American Craft Council Craft Show. In
April, the Atlanta
Dogwood Festival takes place
in Piedmont Park , with activities and outdoor
concerts. Every spring, the Georgia
Renaissance Festival allows
people to experience what it was like in
merry olde England during King Arthur days
and in April, experience the Atlanta
Film Festival. The
Atlanta Jazz Festival is presented
during the month of May at Piedmont Park
and other venues. In June, find Atlanta
Gay Pride, a three-day celebration
in Piedmont Park. The National
Black Arts Festival during the
third week of July is the world's largest
cultural celebration of African-American
art, and the Atlanta
Arts Festival ushers

aquarium, the Georgia
Aquarium is home to more than
100,000 animals of 500 different species
